Who Should Replace Brett Ratner?

After Brett Ratner’s spectacular self-caused demise as Oscarcast producer, the Academy will get lower to business getting a alternative to become listed on Don Mischer in obtaining the pieces. I’ve heard speculation varying from Scott Sanders (who had been eyed before Ratner got the jerk) to previous Oscar producers Joe Roth, Adam Shankman and Laurence Mark. Harvey Weinstein offered an as they are suggestion last evening. Weinstein, that has sitting through lots of Oscarcasts, recommended drafting Saturday Evening Live producer Lorne Michaels, and becoming Tina Fey active in the writing. The concept is that they will make Eddie Murphy comfortable and provide the broadcast a powerful comic focus. I’m unsure Michaels or Fey could spare time from their weekly show obligations in NY, though. Who should make the show?
